Business Data Exceptions (BDEx) Analytics enables you to perform analysis of all exceptions in your SAP solution so that areas of inefficiency can be identified across your business processes. BDEx not only identifies the number of exceptions but also calculates the number of customers affected by data exceptions so that your operational managers and team leaders can proactively identify areas to focus on.
BDEx Analytics users can then create Business Lists that are routed to business users to process so that exceptions may be dealt with either as part of a back office team or through outbound contact center staff.
