Code Inspection & Consistency

One of the most powerful and unique features of Transport Express is the ability to perform code inspection and consistency checks at each stage in the change processes.

Each SAP Transport can be forced through a series of optional or mandatory checks as it passes from environment to environment and either alert or block the transport accordingly.

Checks Include:

• Ensuring that critical objects that could cause damage or unforeseen issues are identified before a change is moved. These are fully configurable (e.g. number range objects)
• Compliance to coding standards
• Ensuring that developments teams and offshore development partners follow your naming conventions
• Ensuring that potential coding security breaches are highlighted
• Identification of sub-optimal coding that could cause performance issues
