Electrolux is one of the worlds leaders in home appliances with customers in 150 countries and core brands such as AEG, Zanussi and Frigidaire. Electrolux had spent a number of years trying to make SAP solution manager work to support the change management process.

After an internal review Electrolux made the choice to move from SAP Solution Manager to Basis Technologies Transport Express. The change was driven by a need to support Electrolux's multi track SAP landscape, address SAP Transport synchronization problems and deliver a more robust change management process.
