LogonX is a secure Windows™
application that complements the SAP standard SAPLogon
program. No longer will you have to switch between
windows just to connect to another SAP system. LogonX
is currently available as freeware.
LogonX 2005 with the updated XP look-and-feel, now
enables you to logically group systems by using
simple drag-and-drop functionality - making it a
useful tool for navigating through a sprawling SAP
landscape. Collapse and Expand your custom groupings,
and rename the systems as you like.
LogonX creates an icon in your system tray (next
to your time display) and waits until the mouse
hovers briefly over the icon. LogonX then displays
a pop-up menu listing the SAP systems defined with
SAPLogon - the standard SAP system selection utility.
Simply select the menu item matching the SAP R/3®
system and you will be connected. The popup menu
disappears without needing to switch between windows.
