SAP Logon starts on the task bar when I use LogonX for SAP GUI 6.40
  As of SAP GUI 6.40, the behaviour of SAP Logon has undergone some changes. As a consequence, SAP Logon starts up in the task bar when you start the SAP GUI from LogonX. This remains in the task bar. We have corrected this problem with the most recent version of LogonX as of the 26th of October, 2005. Alternately you can create the following registry entry on your PC.

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\SAP\SAPGUI]
"StartSaplogon"=dword:00000000

How can you group the systems together?
  LogonX 2005 now allows you to group systems together with simple to use drag-and-drop functionality.

Do this by firstly selecting the “Add a group” from the “I want to…” option. LogonX will immediately create a new group entitled “New Group”. Type in the name that you would like the group to be called, and then hit enter.

Once the group is created you simply drag and drop the systems into the groups. You can also use drag-and-drop to reorder the systems, and also reorder the groups.
It is not possible to nest groups.

How do I rename a system?
  You can rename a system in LogonX 2005 by selecting the right mouse button whilst navigating over a system. Select the “Rename” option, which will open up the system to allow you to rename. Type in the new name and hit enter.

Renaming a system will not change the description on the SAP Logon Pad, nor will the name change affect any other users, it is simply renaming the system for your personal benefit on that PC.

I am unable to use LogonX translation.

The LogonX translation functionality has been disabled. This is due to the deactivation of the Babel Fish Translation service.
