I have been working with another large SAP retail customer this past couple of months.
Operating in the fast-moving retail sector (they are the largest home improvement retailer in Europe, with around 1200 stores in eleven countries across Asia and Europe) – this particular SAP customer is already fully bought into Agile and DevOps and the need for continuous delivery.
In short, they know that if they are not able to deliver SAP change agilely and react quickly to an ever-changing business environment, they run the real risk of losing out to competitors that can.
