UK and Ireland SAP User Group Conference 2015
Some powerful opening remarks from the MD of SAP UK, Cormac Watters this morning at the UK & Ireland SAP User Group conference.
"The speed of change today is faster than ever before.
The Digital economy is here to stay."
At Basis Technologies we couldn't agree more with these statements. Consumer expectations continue to rise in today's connected digital world, and are changing at an unprecedented pace. Successful businesses will need to not only adapt to these changing needs but also do so at a speed that keeps them relevant.
'Digital Transformation' has been a key theme of the event, along with all of the associated challenges and benefits it can bring. We had a great day explaining how Basis Technologies' tools like ActiveControl can enable DevOps concepts to be applied to SAP change, enabling the kind of continuous delivery that supports fast-paced business change and helps to deliver more innovation and value.
Today we'll be explaining more about the benefits our tools bring in a real user environment. I will be joined by Bhavdeep Magar from BP to explain how BP have transformed the way they manage SAP application delivery and how they're evolving towards Agile and DevOps methodologies.
