Executive Summary
A long-term customer since September 2017, VistaPrint tasked Basis Technologies with supporting its business transformation journey with a view to increasing operational efficiency and reducing time-to-value for its small business customers. Having scaled from a start-up to a global e-commerce brand, VistaPrint recognized it had become less responsive to customers and the market, and needed to react in an agile way. The partnership improved business-wide visibility, compliance, synchronization and business continuity. VistaPrint also successfully accelerated its time to market, significantly increasing the cadence of delivery from one production deployment every three weeks to daily deployments, driving value for its customers and increasing revenue by X%.
The Challenge
VistaPrint was facing a significant challenge that all organizations that use SAP have been confronted with in the past few years: migrating to S/4HANA.
The transformation was time-sensitive and required a seamless transition, managing the ongoing changes in the new version while mitigating risks in the old version.
Manual processes in such a huge digital transformation project were prone to errors, time-consuming, and did not provide the level of control and auditability needed for such a critical transformation.
The Solution
