STES Atlanta 2026 – Prize Draw
Official Rules (Terms and Conditions)
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.
1. Sponsor
This prize draw (the “Promotion”) is conducted by Basis Technologies Inc., a Delaware Corporation of 909 Lake Carolyn Parkway, STE 1850, Irving, TX 75039, United States of America (the “Sponsor”, “Basis Technologies”, “we” or “us”).

During the entry period (Section 4 below), entrants must complete and submit the entry form at: https://www.basistechnologies.com/company/events/stes-atlanta-2026/lc/.
No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win. Limit one (1) entry per person; multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
4. Entry Period
Entries open at 5:30PM Sept 22 and close at 11AM Sept 24 on September 23 2026 (“Closing Time”). Entries received after the Closing Time will not be accepted or considered.
5. The Prize
The prize (“Prize”) is: Airpod Pros (with an approximate retail value of $250 USD).
6. The Draw
The winner will be selected by random draw, conducted during the Basis Technologies presentation at STES Atlanta 2026 on September 24 at 11AM EST (“the Draw”).
7. Winner Notification and Collection
8. Decision Final
The Sponsor’s decisions in connection with the Promotion, including the conduct of the Draw and the selection of the winner, are final. No correspondence or discussion will be entered into.

By entering the Promotion, entrants consent to the Sponsor collecting, storing and processing their personal information for the purpose of administering the Promotion and conducting the Draw. This consent is required to enter.
Entrants may separately choose to opt in to receive other communications from the Sponsor. This is optional, is not required to enter the Promotion or to be eligible to win the Prize, and entrants may unsubscribe from such communications at any time.
Personal information collected as part of this Promotion will be handled in accordance with the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at https://www.basistechnologies.com/privacy-policy/.
11. Governing Law
These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of laws principles, and entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Georgia.

- The Promotion is open only to individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
- Entry is open only to individuals registered as, and attending STES Atlanta 2026 as, a delegate.
- Employees, contractors, officers and representatives of exhibitors, sponsors, and vendors to the event, and of the event organizer(s) (including organizers, committee members and volunteers), are not eligible to enter.
- Employees, contractors and officers of the Sponsor and its related companies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, children, siblings) and household members, are not eligible to enter.
- By entering, entrants represent and confirm that they meet all eligibility requirements set out in these Official Rules.
3. How to Enter

4. Entry Period

5. The Prize
The prize (“Prize”) is: Airpod Pros (with an approximate retail value of $250 USD).
- There is one (1) Prize available to be won. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
- The Prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash, in whole or in part.
- The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the Prize (or any part of it) with a prize of equal or greater value, at its sole discretion, if circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this necessary.
- A photograph may be taken of the winner accepting the Prize. By accepting the Prize, the winner consents to the Sponsor using that photograph, and the winner’s name, in promotional and marketing material in any media, without further notice or compensation, to the extent permitted by law. A winner who does not wish to be photographed should let the Sponsor know before the Prize is presented; this will not affect their entitlement to the Prize.
6. The Draw
The winner will be selected by random draw, conducted during the Basis Technologies presentation at STES Atlanta 2026 on September 24 at 11AM EST (“the Draw”).
7. Winner Notification and Collection
- The winner must be present at the Draw to win and claim the Prize, which will be given to the winner at the conclusion of the presentation. If an entrant selected in the Draw is not present, the Sponsor will draw again, repeating this process until an entrant who is present is selected.
- The winner will be announced verbally at the presentation. The Sponsor is not obliged to notify the winner by any other means.
8. Decision Final
The Sponsor’s decisions in connection with the Promotion, including the conduct of the Draw and the selection of the winner, are final. No correspondence or discussion will be entered into.
9. Release and Limitation of Liability
- By entering, entrants release and hold harmless the Sponsor, the event organizer(s), and their respective affiliates, officers, employees and agents from any claims, losses or damages arising out of participation in the Promotion or the acceptance, use or misuse of the Prize.
- The Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any entrant who does not comply with these Official Rules, or who engages in conduct that is fraudulent or otherwise inconsistent with the fair running of the Promotion.
- The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, amend or postpone the Promotion, in whole or in part, if fraud, technical failure or any other factor beyond its reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Promotion.
