About ATB
ATB is a large North American bank with more than 300 branches across the region. At the time of their ActiveControl implementation, they operated an on-premise SAP landscape with multiple modules with as many as N+8 development tracks to accommodate multiple in-flight projects.
The Challenge
As the digital disruption swept across the financial industry, ATB needed a way to deliver value and innovation to customers faster, which meant delivering changes to their SAP systems quickly and with less-risk of Production downtime. As part of this initiative, they planned to migrate some of their systems to S/4HANA.
