The Challenges
NTT Data required state of the art tools that could increase efficiency by providing a common, transparent transport management process across all of their SAP systems. Critically, they wanted the elimination of all transport merge and sequencing issues and provision of a full audit log. As well as streamlined approvals, integration with other tools and the ability to back-out of change were also important considerations.
