The Challenge
P&G was looking to move to S/4HANA as quickly as possible but a large, complex SAP landscape made the project even more challenging than usual. One of the key problems to solve was how to ensure that ECC and S/4HANA systems remained aligned during the period when both were supporting the business.
The Goal
P&G wanted to ensure a smooth and safe move to S/4HANA with the ability to automatically manage multiple SAP development landscapes. The company also wanted to use the project as a starting point for modernization of SAP development and delivery processes.
