The area in which the company supplies water and treats wastewater covers a total of 10,530km².

As part of a drive to maintain its competitiveness in a market facing deregulation, increase customer satisfaction levels and transform its organization towards a digital future, Southern Water wanted to automate SAP transport paths, accelerate approvals, support continuous delivery of SAP change, provide increased governance and control, and enable greater support for business requirements.

Basis Technologies worked closely with Fujitsu, a global service provider, to deliver a successful proposal that supported Southern Water’s business and associated IT strategy.
