Karl has joined as President, Basis Technologies Inc. and brings a wealth of experience in creating successful North American subsidiaries of British technology firms.

Karl was educated at UBC and the Kellogg School of Management in Chicago and has advised many companies in successfully setting up subsidiaries in the US.
