Basis Technologies Group Ltd is delighted to announce the appointment of Les Hayman as Group Non-Executive Chairman with effect from 5th February 2015.

An advisor to national governments and major corporations globally, Les brings over 40 years’ experience of driving innovation to grow businesses and increase their competitive advantage across the globe.

Les says “I am delighted to join the team at Basis Technologies at a time when SAP customers are increasingly faced with the need to understand how to transition to the new world of robust, agile and fast paced change, whilst protecting their investment and minimising disruption to their business. This is something that Basis Technologies is uniquely placed to deliver with their innovative software solutions for SAP.”

Les has previously been Chairman and CEO of SAP’s EMEA region and, prior to this, President and CEO for SAP in the Asia-Pacific region. Les was appointed to the SAP Global Board in 1999. He currently plays an advisory role on the board of a number of companies across Europe and the US including Matchcode-AG, RED Commerce, the ROC Group of Companies and Haufe-Umantis AG.
