Basis Technologies is delighted to announce the appointment of Nils Herzberg to its board as a Non-Executive Director.

Nils is an SAP veteran with 25 years’ experience in executive and senior leadership roles at the global level within SAP. He brings a deep understanding of customer needs, value proposition development, and product strategy. His experience guiding growth, partnering with customers on large-scale digital programs, and scaling go-to-market teams will help Basis Technologies further accelerate its mission to deliver intelligent change management for large organizations with complex SAP estates.

Nils has already been associated with Basis Technologies for an extended period, influencing the transition from of the company from being product-led to becoming market-led, and developing its positioning to create a new category: Intelligent Change Management. He’s also worked closely with the business to support the development of a new generation of AI change management solutions, starting with Klario.

As a Non-Executive Director, Nils will advise the leadership team on strategy, product-market alignment, and partnerships, with a focus on helping customers modernize SAP change – moving from manual, risk-prone processes to an intelligent, automated approach with governance built in.
