Basis Technologies are pleased to announce new Transport Expresso customer, Manitowoc Company Inc.

Manitowoc Company Inc. is an American global company specializing in products for the food service and construction industries. Founded in 1902, they have over 16,000 employees and report $4bn in annual revenue. They operate in over 20 different countries.

Manitowoc had a number of issues, with an email-reliant SAP change management process and needed a tool that provided better collaboration and visibility of all changes in one place. Following a remote blueprint design workshop Transport Expresso is designed to help manage the execution of changes and SAP Transports across SAP landscapes, it automates the change process and manages the complexity of applying changes, freeing up people to focus on high quality SAP design and development.

Manitowoc are looking forward to Transport Expresso improving the audibility of SAP change delivery over the entire end-to-end change control process and improving the collaboration with the business who can now get involved directly with testing and approvals without manual emails.
