A major European utility company concluded that automation software was needed to address their SAP change management problems, and selected ActiveControl from Basis Technologies.
The Company previously employed manual SAP change management processes but found that the resulting pace of SAP change was not fast enough to support business needs, too many production deployments caused errors and an excessive amount of time was spent on low-value manual tasks.
